I bought a pick up from here, I was pleased with the service until 3 days after I drove off the lot. They had messed up the paperwork as well as the tabs, it said the sold me a different vehicle then what I actually owned. On 3/31/21 I had the oil changed on our 2017 Equinox. I asked for an appointment and was told just to bring it in. I have no idea who I spoke to while I was visiting the dealership. He never seemed to introduce himself to us. He wasn't friendly at all nor was the finance employee who mumbled "people are stupid" as I went up to get my keys from them. I would never buy a vehicle from them when there are tons of other dealerships out there who have great customer service and would actually like to make a sale. Do better on hiring nice employees.

Went in for oil change walked out 650.00 poorer because they spent time inspecting my car for other issues that they had no reason to do as I did not ask for it. Of course they found other things what a surprise and yes I could have refused the work. I could have done some of the work myself but since I was there I would bite the bullet. Message to service dept, do what the customer asks for NOTHING else. Of course that would stop you from misleading people into the seriousness of the alleged issue.

I purchased a new 2019 corvette from this dealership and while the buying experience did leave something to be desired I was tolerable. The problems happened after about a week of owning the car. I called to report a noise from the rear end. I was told not to bring the car in that it was normal breaking in sounds to put 500 miles on the car and then call if the problem continues. I took my truck in to have the GPS screen fixed. It was freezing. They sold me a new battery and updated the GPS. The screen is still freezing $600 later. Called and the woman who answered said it would be another charge to look at the screen. Was very disappointed. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to go there and I will never buy another vehicle from them. The owner needs to stop in once in a while and see what is going on.

Purchased a 2015 Silverado with only 16000 miles. Within days of bringing it home the display sceen started changing on it own. Took it to service and was told the display would need to be replaced at about $1200. This problem should have been caught by anyone driving the car for more than 15 minutes, and they drove it from Tampa to Dade city. I believe they knew of this problem and sold it anyway.
